HOT INFUSED TEA:

Pour a tea bag with about 250 ml of 90°C hot water in a cup or teapot and let it steep for at least 4 minutes, depending on your taste.

Serving suggestions

In children aged 6-12 months:

• Add the tea to your baby milk.

In children aged 12-36 months:

• Add the tea to your toddler milk or let the tea cool and add the tea to your fruit juice.
