Apricot Blossom Rooibos Tea 50g, tea bags
Cold Brew Rooibos Apricot Blossom Tea Blend
Carmién Apricot Blossom Flavored Cold Brew Rooibos Tea is a deliciously sweet-tasting blend of apricot and fruity notes of apple, hibiscus and rosehip.
No sugar is added, just natural stevia leaves, making the cold brew a sugar-free option for the whole family.
Cold brew teas have been specially developed for preparation with cold water. By using cold water you get a different composition of the extracted flavors and therefore a different taste than brewing with hot water.
The extracted aromas result in a milder, more subtle-tasting tea.
Carmién offers 3 delicious flavors:
- cranberry hibiscus,
- apple mint and
- apricot blossoms.

What are the effects of rose hips?
In herbal medicine, the shells and seeds (nuts) of the fruit are used. Homeopathic products are made from fresh flower petals.
In medicine, standardized rosehip powder is used, among other things. This is made from peels and seeds and relieves the tormenting joint pain of arthrosis, so that sufferers can move better again. A galactolipid discovered by Danish scientists is responsible for the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving healing effect. In rosehip powder, this has a positive effect on the function of leukocytes, which can cause inflammation and tissue damage in the context of osteoarthritis.
The high content of omega-3 fatty acids and carotenoids in the seeds also reduces the skin's moisture loss and sebaceous gland production and can promote wound healing in acne. The silicic acid supports the formation of new tissue and regenerates the cells.
Rosehip tea has a laxative, antipyretic and slightly diuretic effect. The dehaired kernels can also be prepared as a tea. They help with urinary tract diseases, urinary stones and rheumatic complaints. The lycopene, which is present in high concentration, acts as a radical scavenger. In addition, rosehip is said to prevent bleeding gums and prevent periodontal disease, since vitamin C supports the immune system and the formation of connective tissue. Here the tea can simply be used as a mouthwash.
In addition, thanks to the vitamin B1, the red fruits are said to have a calming, stress-reducing effect and inhibit the release of the stress hormone cortisol. Rosehip jam is also often recommended for those with a loss of appetite.
The rosehip seeds are also full of healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid), phospholipids and amino acids.
