Shipping Conditions
For deliveries to EU countries, DPD is the standard shipping provider, with DHL used in exceptional cases.
Deliveries outside the EU are generally handled by DHL.
Orders can usually be tracked using a tracking number, which will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
Delivery Times & Delays
The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, or seasonal fluctuations.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customs & Import Fees (Important for Non-EU Countries)
If the order value exceeds the duty-free threshold of the respective non-EU country, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
Returns & Return Shipping Costs
If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important Information on Undeliverable Shipments
